INNER PEACE, CONFIDENCE & STRENGTH DURING YOUR EATING DISORDER RECOVERY

Olaf will talk with you about your struggles and generate fitting advice for your personal needs.

Olaf is there to listen and not judge.

Olaf can help recommend certain excersises to help calm you down in moments of stress, sadness and frustration.

“This chatbot has been a real lifeline for me. Sometimes I just need someone (or something) to talk to when my thoughts get too loud, especially late at night. It doesn’t judge me or tell me what to do — it just helps me slow down and think things through. I love that it reminds me of coping strategies I’ve learned in therapy, and that it’s always there when I need it. It’s not a replacement for my therapist, but it really fills the gaps in between sessions.”
User, in recovery

“My daughter has been using this app for a few months, and I can honestly say it’s helped her feel less alone. Knowing she has a safe place to express her feelings, even anonymously, gives me peace of mind. The chatbot’s messages are so gentle and supportive — it encourages her to reach out when she needs real help. I’m grateful for any tool that makes recovery a little less isolating.”
Parent of daughter with an eating disorder.

“As a therapist specializing in eating disorders, I was skeptical at first. But after testing this chatbot myself, I’m impressed. It’s clearly been designed with empathy and safety in mind — no triggering language, thoughtful crisis prompts, and genuine warmth in its tone. My clients who use it between sessions report feeling more grounded and connected. It’s a wonderful complement to professional care, especially for those waiting for treatment or needing after-hours support.”

Recovery & peace
I am the creator of Olaf. After having recovered from my eating disorder 10 years ago, I became a recovery coach. I noticed how many of my clients often needed help after hours, hours in which I could not be available. Hence the creation of Olaf. Olaf is not here to replace therapists, but rather to be a tool used during your recovery or whilst being on a waiting list to get help. A listening ear and a talking buddy should be there 24/7, especially for people struggling with eating disorders.
